10. Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple products, they may occasionally be shipped separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, or fulfillment requirements.

You may therefore receive more than one package and more than one tracking number for the same order.

This does not necessarily mean that an item is missing.
